01What we deliver

Four extraction patterns. Endless applications.

Most data needs fall into a handful of shapes — a repricing feed, a catalogue, a training corpus. We've built production-grade infrastructure for each, so you don't have to.

01

Price monitoring

Track competitor pricing at the store level and refresh it on a daily cadence. Never get blindsided by a flash sale or stockout-driven repricing again.

  • Store-level
  • Daily refresh
  • Historical archive

02

Product catalogs

Full product detail pages — titles, attributes, specs, variants, descriptions, structured tables — normalized into a clean schema.

  • Variant graphs
  • Attribute schema
  • Spec normalization

03

Inventory & availability

Store-level availability — map exactly which stores stock which products, tracked over time.

  • Store-level
  • Stock status
  • Availability history

04

Reviews & ratings

Pull reviews with their metadata and ratings, structured and ready for sentiment and topic analysis — so you can surface the patterns you actually need to act on.

  • Topic-ready
  • Ratings capture
  • Review history

Included with every plan

  • One scheduled update per day
  • Product identifiers, price, and availability
  • Client dashboard and collected history
  • CSV, JSON, and Parquet downloads
  • Routine data checks and email support
  • Monthly invoicing with agreed coverage

What counts as a tracked listing?

One selected product or variant, at one retailer, in one agreed store or pricing location. Additional retailers and locations count separately. Daily updates are included in the monthly fee.

Start small: 10 products at two retailers, with one location per retailer, means 20 tracked listings at $19.80/month.

For example, 250 products at two retailers, with one location per retailer, means 500 tracked listings: $495/month. For 500 products across the same coverage, the 1,000 listings fit the $599/month Growth plan.

Need a different dataset?

New-source development, extensive product matching, additional daily updates, custom fields, and AI training preparation are quoted separately. Contact us for larger volumes or a custom delivery specification.

All prices are USD, before applicable taxes. Scope, availability, renewal terms, and any changes to coverage are confirmed in your order. We agree additional charges before work begins. See our Terms of Service and data collection policy.

{ }AI training data

Training data that can prove where it came from.

Structured datasets for AI training, fine-tuning and evaluation, collected to an agreed specification and delivered by our team. Explore retail observations in your dashboard before downloading the records for your own training pipeline.

Inspect source URLs, observation dates and import batches alongside the data. Custom preparation and source suitability are agreed per project; unknown permissions remain marked as unknown.

Four ways a corpus ships

01

Custom datasets

Agree the sources, fields, volume and intended training task, then review a sample before full delivery.

02

Retail training data

Explore delivered product, price and availability observations for forecasting, fine-tuning and model evaluation.

03

Source metadata

Trace records through source URLs, observation dates and import batches. Unknown rights signals remain explicit.

04

Project preparation

Scope deduplication, labelling, quality checks and evaluation splits around the needs of your model.

02How it works

From scope to first delivery in under two weeks.

01

Scope it

Tell us the source, fields, and cadence. We send a sample within 48 hours — free, no commitment.

02

We build it

Our collectors run with retries, validation, and schema enforcement. Outputs land in your warehouse, S3, or via API.

03

We keep it alive

Sites change. We monitor every selector and fix breakage fast — usually before you notice. Uptime is our problem, not yours.

?Common questions

Questions, before you hit send.

How much does retail monitoring cost?

Flexible monitoring is $0.99 per tracked listing per month, with no minimum monthly spend. Start with one listing. Growth is $599/month for up to 1,000 listings; Business is $999/month for up to 2,500. Prices are USD before applicable taxes. We confirm the best applicable plan and source coverage before you order.

What counts as a tracked listing?

One selected product or variant at one retailer and one agreed store or pricing location. Additional retailers and locations count separately. One scheduled daily update is included; each daily observation does not add another listing to your monthly count.

Do you collect only publicly available data?

Yes. Our web collection is limited to publicly available sources. Our policy requires source and usage-rights review; we do not collect from private accounts, signed-in areas, or paywalls, or bypass access controls. Public availability alone does not grant redistribution or AI training rights. See our Responsible data collection policy for the full scope.

Which industries and sites do you cover?

The client portal supports delivered Lowe’s and Home Depot retail observations. Amazon, Walmart, Target, Airbnb, and other public sources can be assessed as custom projects. We confirm source restrictions, permitted use, field coverage, and a sample before committing to delivery.

Do you provide data for AI training?

Yes. We collect and prepare structured datasets for AI training, fine-tuning and evaluation. Clients explore delivered retail observations in the portal and download CSV, JSON or Parquet. Custom schemas, JSONL preparation, labelling and evaluation splits are agreed per project.

How is the data delivered?

Our team uploads completed results to your client workspace. You can filter and chart your data, inspect individual products and download CSV, JSON or Parquet. Other formats and delivery destinations can be scoped separately.

How do you keep data collection reliable?

We run resilient collection infrastructure with health monitoring, automatic retries, validation, and schema-drift detection. When a page structure changes, we catch it and fix the parser quickly. Our focus is reliability and data quality, not gaming any site.

What's the typical project size?

We support retail monitoring from one tracked listing, with no minimum monthly spend on flexible coverage. Volume packages support larger recurring deliveries. Custom datasets, new sources, extensive matching, and AI training preparation are quoted separately.

How quickly can you start?

We confirm timing after reviewing your source list, intended use, required fields, and sample. Existing retail coverage can shorten setup; new sources require feasibility and rights review before a delivery commitment.

Public data.
Responsible collection.

We collect only publicly available web data. Our policy requires source review, respect for access restrictions, and a defined purpose for every project. Public access alone does not establish rights to redistribute content or use it for AI training.
